Any damage to the cake must be reported immediately, and please take photographic evidence to solve the problem quicker and report the matter to the driver and refuse the delivery. If you accept the delivery and the driver has left, we need help investigating. Please accept our apologies; we rely on third-party delivery drivers to deliver your cakes. Our responsibility is to fulfil your order on time, but it may need to be 100% in perfect condition and be ready to overlook slight damages. However, if your cake is badly damaged and you are unhappy, Please take photos and return the cake with the driver to the store so a refund can be issued. Any issues with your order, missing items on delivery, damaged items’ or cake or changed date’ time or day, contact your local store for assistance.
