This cake stand is available to hire at £30 per day. A £200 deposit is required for more information please contact your local store before purchase.

This Cake Stand Requires Two Weeks Notice.!

Stands are hire by customer own responsibility wedding stand should be checked at shop before taking it to home any damaged noticed at home must be reported to local store manger directly not to staff and take reference number car your report of damage this should be reported with 2 hours of leaving shop any thing reported later then 2 hours will not be accepted customer will have to pay full price for the stand which is £200.00

stand should be return in its original condition minor scratch are acceptable minor damage on flowers acceptable too.

stand are hire on daily bases if you don’t return on agreed date we will the charge you daily rent if you don’t return the stand for more then 14 days we will the not issue you any refund for deposit.

when placing cake on stand its customer responsibly to check if this stand is fit for their cakes or any thing they want to put on stand while cake is on stand and stand claps or break we cake inn will not accept any responsibility.

by placing order you are agreed to this any damage to cake after you left our shop its customer responsibility we cake inn will not take any responsibility for any cake that gets damaged by customers own transport or by putting up on our hired stand

once we delivered the cake then its customer responsibility to take care of the cake we cake inn will not be responsible for any damaged after we delivery the cake to customer and we left the delivery address

any damaged to stand or cake while its with customer it will be customer responsibility

we have checked all our stand and we have personally put cake on them they are very heavy duty and suitable for all our cakes up to 4 tiers.

we strongly recommend to all our customers please ensure your cake fit for stand and stand is place on stable place as if cake or stand get damaged we cant help you here in worst case scenario we will ask for CCTV footage to investigate the claim without CCTV Video no claim will be valid

This stand come in boxed customer will have to assemble them self and when returning please pack in box then return if you want any help regarding this contact your local cake Inn store.

Disclaimer:

The Delivery drivers will attempt to deliver your order within the given time slot. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, if we cannot do so, we will attempt to update you by calling you on the number you provided us.

Arriving at your address, the delivery driver will attempt to knock on the door or ring the bell. If there is no answer, they will call you on the phone; if there is no response, they will return your order to our store. You will be responsible for contacting us to arrange redelivery or collect your order from our store. The redelivery will be charged at our standard delivery rate, but the collection is free of charge. We will not refund the cost of the delivery.

If you miss the order day and want a refund or new cake(s) for the next day, we will have to charge you.

If you live in a building or flat, we will ask your assistance to come downstairs to meet the driver at the main entrance.

Upon the arrival of your order, we firmly ask you to check your cake visually. More importantly, the message on your cake if it is correct, and there is no damage to the cake. Any damage to the cake must be reported immediately, and please take photographic evidence to solve the problem quicker and report the matter to the driver and refuse the delivery. If you accept the delivery and the driver has left, we need help investigating. Please accept our apologies; we rely on third-party delivery drivers to deliver your cakes. Our responsibility is to fulfil your order on time, but it may need to be 100% in perfect condition and be ready to overlook slight damages. However, if your cake is badly damaged and you are unhappy, Please take photos and return the cake with the driver to the store so a refund can be issued. Any issues with your order, missing items on delivery, damaged items’ or cake or changed date’ time or day, contact your local store for assistance. If you can not come to any solution with your local store, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us by emailing us at customercare@cakeinn.co.uk

Delivery is available within 2 hours of the order; please state the delivery slot at checkout; you must leave the correct contact number for our driver to contact you.

Delivery slots are: 11:00-13:00 / 13:00-15:00 / 15:00-17:00 / 17:00-19:00

No refunds will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of collection/delivery time or for failed delivery or uncollected cakes for any reason.

Payment is always required in advance; we do not accept cash at the door.

Product life after purchase:

All our fresh cream cakes have a 24-hour fridge shelf life.

Please consume within 24 hours of purchase.

For best results, refrigerate within 45 minutes or a maximum of 2 hours of purchase, and store between 2 To 5◦C.
